1. Program Overview

By joining the Renostar Energy Inc. Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our solar energy solutions and smart home products to potential customers in exchange for commission on successful sales.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission rate is 1% of the total installation cost
• Commission is calculated on the final invoice amount after any discounts
• Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice to affiliates
• Special promotional rates may be offered at Renostar Energy's discretion

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Condition: Commission will ONLY be paid after the customer has made full payment for their installation
• Payment Timeline: Commission is paid within 7 business days after full payment is received from the customer
• Partial Payments: No commission is paid on partial or installment payments until the invoice is fully settled
• Cancelled Orders: No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded, or returned installations
• Payment Method: Commission payments are made via bank transfer to the account details provided during registration
• Minimum Payout: A minimum balance of ₦10,000 is required before commission can be paid out

4. Eligibility & Referral Validation

• Affiliates must be 18 years or older
• You cannot refer yourself or use your own referral code for personal purchases
• You cannot refer immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings)
• Only the first referral code used by a customer will receive commission
• Customers must mention or provide your referral code at the time of initial inquiry or quote request
• Retroactive referral claims will not be accepted

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must accurately represent Renostar Energy's products and services
• Do not make false or misleading claims about our products or services
• Do not guarantee specific savings, results, or installation timelines
• Do not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
• Maintain professional conduct when representing Renostar Energy
• Update your contact and payment information promptly

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using paid search advertising with Renostar Energy brand terms
• Creating websites that impersonate Renostar Energy
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Offering unauthorized discounts or price guarantees
• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
• Poaching existing Renostar Energy customers or active leads

7. Dispute Resolution

• Referral disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction
• Renostar Energy reserves the right to make final decisions on commission disputes
• Commission tracking and attribution decisions are at Renostar Energy's sole discretion

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice
• Renostar Energy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms
• Upon termination, pending commissions on completed and paid sales will still be honored
• Referral codes will be deactivated upon termination

9. Liability & Warranties

• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Renostar Energy
• Renostar Energy is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by affiliates
• Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations on commission earnings
• Product warranties are provided directly to customers by Renostar Energy

10. Changes to Terms

• Renostar Energy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
